Back home

As the plane landed at KLIA, I started wondering, will I ever be able to adapt to KL life again? I've been staying in Kuching, Sarawak for almost 6 weeks that I have almost forgotten how it feels like to be in KL.

I brought my large handluggage down the plane, and walked towards the conveyer belt, to collect my luggage. Watching boxes with fish prints on it signifying that it contains the famous 'Sarawakian Terubok Salted Fish' passing by on the belt, it was obvious our flight was from Kuching. I was waiting for my luggage which seems to take its time to make way on the conveyer belt.

After reaching out for my 15kg luggage, I waited outside the Police Station at LCCT area, with my grandmother and coursemate, KT, for my mother to pick us up.

Watching my very own car passing by, I got extremely excited. The metallic grey silhouette stopped directly in front of me, revealing the dark blue seats inside. Man, I miss driving in my car.

We proceeded to get onto Jalan Tun Razak, to send KT to Damai area. Not more than 1 hour I landed in KL, we had already proceeded to the city center of KL. Passing by all the embassies and watching the sky scrapers lit up with beautiful neon lights, I finally felt that I'm back at home. :)
